How it works

Everything on the plan is measured in feet from the lot's corner and every plant is drawn at the width it will reach, so the checks are geometry, not guesses. They run in your browser as you drag, free and without an account. The review is a model run: it reads the plan, the measurements and the findings, and proposes moves. Each proposal is replayed against the same checks before you see it, and one that would break a rule is marked.
